ORDERS ARE PREPARED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 72H AFTER YOUR ORDER (EXCLUDING DECEMBER, SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND HOLIDAYS)

Your package is shipped the day of the order if it is placed before 12 noon (excluding weekends and holidays). In periods of high activity, the preparation of the order can take up to 48/72 hours.

You will be notified by email as soon as your package has been shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the delivery of your package.

These deadlines do not apply to the personalized embroidery service, allow 3 working days before the order is shipped (The deadlines are likely to be extended during periods of high activity and will be indicated in your basket).

DELIVERY TO THE EUROPEAN UNION (except Monaco and Andorra and Switzerland) FREE FROM € 75 EXPRESS DELIVERY

Home delivery in 4 to 7 working days: 6.50 € TTC, free from 75 € of purchase

FREE DELIVERY IN THE REST OF THE WORLD FROM 150 €

Home delivery within 4 to 10 working days depending on the destination: 15 € HT, free from 150 € of purchase

For delivery outside the European Union, including for Switzerland, customs charges may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS POSSIBLE WITHIN 15 DAYS

You have received your items but the size or fit does not suit you? No worries, you have fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of your order to return the affected products to us.

Go to the page https://ranna.fr/a/returns to request your return label for free, once the request has been validated, an email including the label will be sent to you, paste the label on your package and drop it off at the nearest post office.

EMBROIDERED OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Given the unique and personalized character of the personalized / embroidered item, it cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code:

“The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, for contracts: (…) 3 ° Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized…”.

It follows that you have no option to invoke any right of withdrawal. Also, we recommend that you devote the necessary time and attention to the creation of your article.

RETURN PROCEDURE

RANNA gives you the opportunity to return the purchased products to us within fifteen (15) days after reception of your purchase.

For returns, the customer must contact customer service at info@ranna.fr to obtain a prepaid return label.

Returns are offered from mainland France (Corsica and Monaco included) via Colissimo (label valid for 7 days) and most countries of the European Union. To take advantage of free returns, follow the procedure by going to my order history page and click on "REQUEST A RETURN" in the detail of your order.

Size-only exchange is also possible via the above return procedure.

If the Customer does not wish to use the Colissimo prepaid service or if he makes a return from overseas territories or a country other than those of the European Union, he must return the Product (s) at his own expense. except in the event that he has received a product showing a manufacturing defect or not corresponding to the Customer's initial order. In this case, the Customer must contact customer service at info@ranna.fr to obtain a prepaid return slip.

The return is made at the risk of the Customer. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied if possible by the delivery slip received in the order.

If the Customer does not respect these conditions, in particular the return conditions, RANNA cannot refund or issue a credit note for the Products concerned.

For returns from Switzerland, the customer must contact customer service at info@ranna.fr to obtain a prepaid return label.

WHAT DEADLINES

Upon receipt of your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Your credit or refund will be made within fifteen (15) days after reception of your items and automatically to the account associated with the bank card used for payment or on the Paypal account used for payment. In the case of payment by transfer, we will contact you to define the means of reimbursement.

In the case of an exchange (larger or smaller size on the same product) as soon as the deposit validated by the carrier, the dispatch of the exchange order is triggered.
